Our Coaching packages are available to everyone at any level, whether you are a beginner wanting to lose weight or a seasoned trainer. Our aim is to educate you on the methods we use and guide you through the process, to develop your understanding your own body, the many different strategies you cane use and how to continually improve. Our coaching is more than just a one off plan, we know it takes a real shift in mindset to make continued changes, which is why Nourish Smart has brought together some of the best coaches around to deliver you the results you want. As well as coaching you will gain access to our private coaching support group and team of coaches so you can ask questions and learn from a variety of experts and others on a similar journey as yourself.

Nutrition coaching £200pm

At Nourish Smart we understand that to get results it’s about more than just food, calorie counting, deficits or nutrient timing. It takes real effort to make a change whether it be fat loss or improving fitness. Which is why our team of nutrition coaches have been hand picked to provide you with the best coaching possible. You’ll be given accountability, full nutrition plans, guidance on what supplements to take, how to track your progress and your coach will be on hand to guide you through to achieving your results. You will go through a full analysis, checking what your preferences are, how your current nutrition impacts on your training, energy levels, wellbeing and sleep, before we can make changes we need to know what makes you individual and the best strategies we can implement to fats track you to your goals. You’ll have weekly check-in’s with your coach where you’ll discuss progress and adjustments required to keep you on track. We know that results don’t happen over night, which is why we require a minimum of 3 months commitment to help deliver you results.

Training Programming £150 per month

If you want to maximise your results you’ll need to ensure you’re training Smart too, which is where our training package on comes in. Much like our nutrition coaching, our training programming is built around you, what you have access to and your goals with key metrics set to manage progression be it fat loss, improved fitness or preparation for an event.
Much like our nutrition coaching you will have a fully customised programme with weekly check in’s with your coach and ongoing adjustments where needed.

If you wish to combine our nutrition coaching with our training programming package you can do so for the reduced rate of just £250 per month, if bought separately the price is £350 per month.

What we expect from you:
* A minimum 3 months commitment to making a serious change, this is not a one off plan, this is a programme to navigate you through to achieving results
* A positive to mindset to turn up and do the work your coach sets you
* You are not looking for medical advice – if you want specific medical advice for a clinical condition then please consult a medical professional

Testing

Not only do we have some of the Smartest coaches around, we also able to offer some of the most comprehensive testing available on the market, be it Body compositon testing using the Bodymetrix Ultrasound device, V02 Max and substrate utilisation using the Pnoe metabolic testing kit, Strength testing using the RepOne VBT System, Muscle oxygen testing using the Moxy sensor, or full blood, urine, saliva or stool analysis from our partnered labs, these are all available as a bolt on package to both our nutrition and training coaching packages.
